WPDC SPECIALTIES

The first Western Pennsylvania Dachshund Club licensed AKC specialty was held in 1938 at the Western Pennsylvania Kennel Association show.

Today, we hold a spring Specialty with the New Castle Kennel Club, Inc. the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. WPDC also holds a Specialty in conjunction with the Mahoning-Shenango Kennel Club on the first Sunday of August.

SUMMER SPECIALTY

The first Sunday of August with the Mahoning-Shenango Kennel Club, Inc. at the Canfield, OH shows (Steel Valley Cluster).

This show is traditionally held on the first Sunday of August.
